PAYMENT

Paying for Vehicles

When you win an auction, our system will automatically send a notification email to the high bidder at the email address on file. This email will include an invoice and detailed instructions outlining the steps required to complete the purchase, including bank wire payment instructions.

If you do not receive this email, please check your junk or spam folder. We make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

Accepted Payment Method

Payment for all vehicles and related assets must be made exclusively by bank wire transfer.

Shot does not accept any other forms of payment, including but not limited to:

Credit or debit cards
PayPal
Cashier’s checks
Cash
Vehicle trade-ins

How to Make a Bank Wire Transfer

Once you win an auction, the notification email and attached invoice will provide all necessary wire transfer details, including:

Bank name and address
Account name and address
Account number
Routing number
Wire reference number

After completing the wire transfer, please upload your payment confirmation receipt as instructed on the invoice.

International Customers

International wire transfers may be processed through intermediary banks. These banks may deduct additional processing fees beyond those charged by your originating bank. Any such fees will be deducted from the total amount received. Please account for these potential charges when submitting payment.

Important Notice

All bids are binding, and all sales are final. Failure to complete payment for any reason may result in cancellation of the transaction.
If you do not intend to purchase the vehicle, do not place a bid.

DELIVERY

Delivery to Your Location

Shot, LLC is a repossession company and does not operate a showroom or inspection facility. For this reason, all sales are completed exclusively through delivery.

A 6-Month Limited Warranty (10,000 miles) and a 14-Day Reject or Refund Policy apply to all vehicles and assets sold through Shot, LLC.

Delivery Process

Once payment is confirmed, the delivery process begins the next business day.
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 days, depending on the destination.

Free delivery within the first 1,000 miles
$1 per mile after the first 1,000 miles
All vehicles are transported using enclosed trailers for maximum protection and security

Vessels and other assets are delivered individually (excluding motorcycles).

Delivery Methods by Asset Type

Vehicles (cars, SUVs, pickups, classics): Enclosed trailer
Vessels: Transported on their trailer (when possible) or on flatbed trailers; larger boats are shipped on lowboy trailers and covered during transport
RVs: Driven (when applicable) or towed if not self-powered
Heavy Equipment: Transported on standard or lowboy trailers

Insurance & Delivery Timeframes

All assets are fully insured during transportation.

Delivery timelines may vary by location:

United States: Up to 14 days
Canada: Up to 22 days

Free delivery applies to the first 1,000 miles. After that, a charge of $1 per mile applies regardless of asset type or size.

REFUND / REJECT POLICY

Warranty & Return Policy

All vehicles and assets sold on Shot, LLC include a 6-Month Limited Warranty (10,000 miles) and a 14-Day Reject or Refund Policy, beginning from the date you take possession.

Trial Period

During the 14-day period, you may:

Drive a vehicle for up to 1,000 miles, or
Use other assets for unlimited hours,

and return or exchange the item for any reason—no questions asked.

Return Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if the vehicle or asset has been:

Involved in an accident or damaged
Modified or altered in any way
Changed from its original delivered condition
Used as collateral or placed under any loan or security interest (encumbrance)

Refunds

In the event of a valid rejection:

Shot, LLC will issue a full refund
Refunds are processed within 24 hours
Delivery charges are fully covered at no cost to you

WARRANTY

Warranty & Peace of Mind

You can bid with confidence at Shot, LLC. Every vehicle purchase includes a 6-Month Limited Warranty (10,000 miles) and a 14-Day Reject or Refund Policy, both beginning when you take possession of the asset.

Coverage Period

Coverage remains in effect until the earlier of the following:

Vehicles:
- 6 months from the date of purchase or
- When the vehicle reaches 10,000 miles,
  along with the 14-Day Reject or Refund Policy
Other Assets:
- 6 months from the asset’s purchase date,
  along with the 14-Day Reject or Refund Policy

What Is Covered Under the Limited Warranty

The Limited Warranty covers repairs for all assemblies and parts of the asset except:

Interior or exterior cosmetic imperfections
(All known imperfections are disclosed in the asset’s gallery page)
Wearable or replaceable parts
Routine or recommended maintenance
Aftermarket accessories

Warranty Limitations

The 6-Month Limited Warranty / 10,000 miles is non-transferable
The warranty ends immediately if the asset is sold or transferred
Coverage automatically expires when the time or mileage limit is reached, whichever occurs first

Legal Rights & State Law Notice

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or jurisdiction.
Some states do not allow certain limitations or exclusions outlined in this Limited Warranty. Where applicable, state law will govern and override any conflicting warranty terms.

Under applicable state law, different types of damages may apply depending on the situation. Shot, LLC is responsible only for the obligations expressly stated in this Limited Warranty, except where state law provides otherwise.

Extended Warranty Option

This Limited Warranty may be extended for up to five (5) years.
